Scope:
These terms and conditions refer to the agreement between Anna Claire Snaps hereby referred to as “the Photographer” and those paying the Photographer for services, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”.
The Photographer agrees to provide photography services to the Client, hereinafter referred to as the “Event / Session”.
Images:
The Client will receive a digital gallery of high-quality, edited images to download for their personal use and enjoyment. RAW image files will not be supplied as these do not represent the Photographer’s finished product. All edits are final.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the digital files are safely stored upon delivery, and the Photographer is under no obligation to store or maintain copies of the files.
The Client understands that when publishing photos online, the Client will not edit the digital files in any way, i.e, editing cropping, adding filters, etc.
Payment:
Payment of deposit secures booking of event / session. Payment is due in full on the date of the event / session via invoice. Post-processing for delivery of images will only begin once the invoice has been paid in full.
Emergencies:
In the unlikely event of an emergency where the Photographer is unable to attend the event / session, the Photographer will seek to reschedule with the Client for an alternative date, or return any payments at request of the Client.
Cancellation/Rescheduling:
If for any reason the Client cancels the event / session or requests to reschedule, the deposit shall be held and can be transferred to an alternative date, subject to the Photographer’s availability.
Anti-harassment policy:
The Photographer reserves the right to terminate coverage and leave the location of the event/session without refund, if the Photographer experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behaviour from person(s) at the event / session; or in the event that the safety of the Photographer is in question.
Liability:
The Client will not hold the Photographer or the owner of the property liable for any injury that may occur during the event / session.
All images and image files remain the intellectual property of Anna Kemp trading as Anna Claire Snaps who reserves the right to use images for advertising, display, publication or other purposes.
